On-site service saves you the trouble of lugging your computer on an extra trip. With our mobile services, you can let us handle everything for you.

Most On-site services are completed in about 1 hour or less. In the rare case that an On-site PC service may last more than 2 hours, we may reccommend servicing your PC at our high-speed diagnostics center. If an on-site repair is completed at our shop, there will only be a half bench fee. This includes free delivery & setup.

"What happens to my data?":

No need to worry. If your system requires a full Clean & Restore, backup service will be provided at no extra charge. In fact, backup service is included with every bench service. If your data is accessible, it is backed up to one of our servers before any work is started. We notice our customers appreciate it when they receive their computers with their documents, email, address book, favorites, etc. still intact. The safety of your data is very important to us.

Unbeatable Flat Bench Fee (Drop-off In-Shop)
We aim to provide a simple & worry-free service experience. No matter what it takes, your service price will remain the same as when we begin your service order. There are no hourly charges or additional fees for in-shop service. If replacement of any hardware is required, we call to let you know which options are available.
